By placing an order with us you agree to comply with all our terms and conditions. We have listed them below for your convenience.

Shipping Policy

All our deliveries are sent through courier services and are free of charge in the US. All deliveries made outside the US will be charged for delivery as well as any additional duties or taxes. You will receive a confirmation of your order within 1-3 working days. Your package will be delivered within 5-7 working days in the US and 10-15 outside the US. If you do not receive your package within the given time frame contact us.

Payment Methods

All goods can be purchased online through PayPal, Visa and Master Card. Our prices are inclusive of all taxes. We take extensive measures to protect your personal information.

Return and Exchange

Goods once purchased can be returned and exchanged within 7 days of purchase. No returns or exchange will be accepted after the 7 day period. Goods should be returned in original condition, we reserve the right to refund you if the goods returned are in any way damaged or compromised. Do not remove tags off of goods intended for return or exchange.

Quality Assurance

All our products go through a strict quality check. However, if you receive a defective piece contact us and we will refund or replace it for you. If you need an item altered contact us within a twelve-month period and we will alter it for you.

Product descriptions

Goods portrayed on the website may differ slightly from the original product. However, we take great measures to make sure they match as closely as depicted. We cannot be held liable for any minor difference in the original product and their online descriptions.

The content and images used are solely for personal use and cannot be used or reproduced in any way under the copyright law without prior permission from its owners.

Availability of Products

All products listed are available for purchase until the stock lasts. The products listed under-sale or discounts are available for a limited time period.

Please note: This item’s colour may vary due to inherent manufacturing variations or your computer monitor’s colour settings. The item you receive will be identical or substantially similar to the item pictured in this listing.

Returns And Exchange

jacketsmania.co.uk offers the most specialized yet stress-free Return/Exchange policies. We understand the fact that you must receive what you have paid for and therefore if you have any concern with the quality of the purchased jacket, you can either Exchange or Return that product within 7 days.

But before you do so, send us an email at [email protected] before mailing the product so we can inform our warehouse manager of your return item in advance.

Here are some policies for the return/exchange that must be followed:

  • You can Return/Exchange any product purchased by jacketsmania.co.uk. You have 7 days to either Return or Exchange if you are not completely happy with that product. But after 7 days, NO return or exchange will be offered. Please fill out this form Return form.

  • For our customer’s pleasure, we also offer store credits, which means that you can use the credit in future if you think you don’t like any product now or wait till we get any new products in our store!
  • If the product is damaged, torn, mistreated, altered or misused, then we will not accept it for either Exchange or Return and you have to keep it, even if sent within 90 days.
  • The demand for cancellation of your order will be only accepted upon conditions declared below:
    • For cancelling within 3 days, there will be a 25% subtraction from the total payment.
    • For cancelling within 7 days, there will be a 45% subtraction from the total payment.
    • No cancellation will be honoured if the requisition comes after 7 days from the order placing day.
  • We ensure before shipping every product that quality matches our standard needs. If it gets spoiled during shipping, we will prepare a new product and mail it at our expense with expedited shipping.
  • All returns or exchanges must be returned to the same address where they were mailed out from, which could be our international warehouse. Please remember to notify before mailing the product via email at [email protected] for address confirmation.
