A supervillain fictional character was introduced by DC comics in its comic book ‘The Flash #39’ named as Eobard Thawne. He is also called ‘Reverse Flash’, having abilities of super speed, evil intellect, combat powers and strategical knowledge, time traveling and master in deceiving and manipulating.
